About the Car
Found it through CARSONLINE.com, called and conversed with owner and decided to drive over to Arkansas from Oklahoma (6-7 Hr. drive). Talked to owner and jewed him down a bit after lookin at the car, saw a few problems but not major ones, payed the man and loaded her up. Got her home started tearing into her and found a total nightmare of rust, rust and more rust. Mostly on the windshield pillars and all around the back glass and trunk area, so I finished gutting her and dove in and started working on her. What follows is the recreation of her over some time and a few cents, LOL. Living up north you have long winters to do nothing, that is, if your shop is heated and a plus when you do not work in the winter months with my occupation.
